Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is lovely with a spacious breakfast room and a much larger bathroom. While the rooms are small, the large bathrooms make up for it.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were a bit basic and small, but the round-the-clock free tea and coffee in the lounge were a nice touch. The service was exceptional, with a lovely, enthusiastic receptionist who was always kind and helpful. The location is perfect, right in the city center on a quiet street, and the dining experience, especially the artisanal bread, was amazing. However, the facilities are in need of an update.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and in a safe location, allowing easy access to town. However, there was an issue with the bathroom flooding. The room was quite basic and small, but overall it met my needs for a good night's sleep.
The hotel had some positives like friendly service and a good location near the water, but the rooms were very dated and small, making the stay feel a bit unmodern and cramped. The dining was okay but nothing special, and the facilities were average.
The hotel felt more like super cheap apartments than a traditional hotel, with outdated and worn furniture. It had a convenient entrance close to the floor. The service was friendly and helpful, albeit inconsistent. The location was lively, full of bars and restaurants, close to Nyhavn, and within walking distance to many city attractions. The dining options offered a decent buffet spread, with a variety of breakfast items. Overall, a mixed experience in terms of rooms and service, but the lively location and decent dining options were highlights.
My stay at the hotel in Copenhagen was a mixed experience. The rooms were very old and not appealing, on the small side, but the only major downside was the lack of spaciousness. On the bright side, the service was top-notch, with super friendly and genuinely helpful staff and a fantastic breakfast. The location was excellent, although the accommodation felt tired and could do with an update. The dining options were normal, nothing special, but the buffet spread did include some nice items to start the day. Overall, a decent stay with some areas needing improvement.
